DROP-OFFS & PICK-UPS

North Texas Moving Bins Co. will contact you prior to your scheduled delivery to coordinate a delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring a safe and reasonably accessible location for delivery and pick-up.

On your scheduled pick-up date, all bins must be emptied, free of debris, and be made accessible for pick-up. If bins are not ready or accessible when pick-up is scheduled for, additional rental or pick-up charges will apply.

RENTAL EXTENSIONS

Need more time? Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up date and are subject to availability.

25-bin rentals may be extended for $25 per additional week. 50-bin rentals may be extended for $50 per additional week. 75-bin rentals may be extended for $75 per additional week.

Extensions are not guaranteed and are not confirmed until approved by North Texas Moving Bins Co. and the extension fee has been paid.

CARE OF BINS & EQUIPMENT

Normal wear from use is expected and will not result in additional charges. Customers are responsible for protecting rental equipment from loss, theft, misuse, and damage while equipment is in their possession.

Bins may not be painted on, permanently marked, cut, drilled, altered, or used in a way that is likely to cause damage.

Bins returned with excessive dirt, paint, oil, chemicals, adhesives, or other substances requiring professional cleaning will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. 

LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

Bins that are considered lost, stolen, missing, or returned damaged; customer will be charged $15 per bin with the card on file.

Rental dollies that are considered lost, stolen, missing, or returned damaged; customer will be charged $30 per dolly with the card on file.

Normal wear and tear will not result in a replacement fee.

WEIGHT LIMIT & PERMITTED USE

Each bin has a maximum contents weight of 75 pounds.

Bins are intended for normal household and office moving and storage. Bins may not be used to store or transport hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, bio-hazardous, or otherwise dangerous materials. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are packed and handled safely and do not exceed the stated weight limit.

PERSONAL PROPERTY & USE OF EQUIPMENT

Customers are responsible for packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and handling their/ our belongings.

North Texas Moving Bins Co. will NOT be responsible for loss of/ or damage to personal property placed inside of or transported using our rental equipment, except to the extent caused by North Texas Moving Bins Co.’s negligence or as otherwise required by law.

DEPOSITS/ PAYMENTS

Rental charges are due at time of checkout. Additional charges resulting from approved rental extensions, missing equipment, damaged equipment, equipment requiring professional cleaning, or additional drop-off/ pick-up services will be responsible by the consumer.
